The refinancing deal is the latest in a series begun in late 2006 designed to give the Oslo-based property investor better margins on its loans. Norwegian Property was established and listed on the Norwegian OTC-list in 2006 as an investor in large commercial properties in central locations in major Norwegian cities. Norwegian Property has invested about EUR 2.2 bn in 55 properties in Oslo, Stavenger and Bergen.
