Norwegian investor Vika Project Finance has inked the off-market acquisition of Junckers Industrier’s headquarters at Koge, south of Copenhagen, Denmark, for a price of DKK 200 mln (€27 mln).

The transaction was a sale-and-leaseback operation reflecting a net yield of 6.60%.

The property provides a total area of 58,500 m2 on a plot of 185,000 m2. Junckers Industrier has taken a new 20-year triple net lease on the property.

'Koge is an increasingly strategic logistics location and with a plot size of nearly 200,000 m2 adjacent to the port, we see great potential working with Junckers  for consolidation and improvement,' said NCAP’s Niels Keergaard Christiansen who advised on the acquisition.
