The €120 mln deal comprises three postal centres, one warehouse and one freight terminal which will be leased back by the vendor, Posti.
JLL advised Posti. 'Prime logistics properties are a highly attractive asset class that is sure to generate strong investor demand also going forwards,' commented Jukka Torvinen of JLL Capital Markets Finland.
Posti Group owns a portfolio of 1,000,000 m2 through 700 locations in Finland including Posti sorting centres, delivery points, warehouses, other production plants, as well as office premises and Posti shops.
