Norwegian property services firm Akershus Eiendom has announced the appointment of Kari Due-Andresen as new Chief Economist and head of Research, replacing Ragnar Eggen who is stepping down after nearly 15 years.
Due-Andresen comes from Handelsbanken, where she worked since 2011, the last six years as Chief Economist. She has a background from Norges Bank, Norway’s central bank, as a senior advisor on macroecomics and monetary policy analysis. Due-Andresen was also a financial analyst at DNB Markets and a research assistant at The Department of Economics at The University of Oslo (UiO).
