Norma, Catalyst team up on €500m retail fund targeting long income RE assets

Catalyst Capital, the European real asset investment and asset management firm, has revealed its appointment by France’s Norma Capital as investment adviser and asset manager for a new fund targeting small-lot-size properties in the UK, Germany and Poland.
