A partnership between Norges Bank Investment Management and AXA France has signed an agreement to sell an office property in Paris to French holding, Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault.
The ‘Society Lorette’ property which consists of 9,796 m2 of office space, was disposed for a total of €256 mln.
Located on 24-26 rue Le Peletier, 23-25 rue de Provence and 15-17 rue Chauchat in Paris, the building is situated in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
Norges Bank Investment Management and AXA France will receive €127.9 mln respectively for their 50% share. The property was acquired by the partnership in 2011.
According to the parties, the sales agreement was signed on 15 December 2021, and completed on 23 March 2022.
