Following the recent acquisition of hotel property company Norgani Hotels by Oslo Properties, Eva Eriksson has decided to resign as CEO of the hotel group. Eriksson was a key executive at Norgani since September 2006 when she was chief investment officer. She was appointed CEO in June this year.

Following the recent acquisition of hotel property company Norgani Hotels by Oslo Properties, Eva Eriksson has decided to resign as CEO of the hotel group. Eriksson was a key executive at Norgani since September 2006 when she was chief investment officer. She was appointed CEO in June this year.

Her career has included being on the Management Team at Swedish property developers Kungsleden where she was responsible for the management of 230 corporate properties. Eriksson also served as a head of Transactions and Analysis at JM Commercial and was property sales manager at NCC Fastigheter, property finance manager at Landesbank Schleswig-Holstein and real estate analysis department manager in Föreningsbanken (Stockholm). Eriksson will stay on to assist in the integration process during the recruitment process, which Oslo Properties hopes to wrap up by the end of the year.

Norgani Hotels, founded in 2005, buys, manages, develops and sells hotel properties in the Nordic Region; it owns some 72 hotel properties in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland and leases them to international and regional hotel chains. It is headquartered in Oslo.
