While Norwegian funds fed by wealthy individuals are buying up portfolios in Germany 'on a considerable scale', investors from Denmark are focusing mainly on smaller-scale residential investments. Meanwhile, Swedish investors are interested primarily in residential and alternative properties such as nursing homes, Mannheimer Swartling said. Finnish investors have so far been reserved in terms of buying activity, the firm said.
