Atenor subsidiary Nor Real Estate has secured a €21 mln loan from OTP Bank Romania to fund the first phase of the @Expo project.
The office building is located in Bucharest's Expozi?iei area and offers 48,688 m2 of office space, making it one of the largest office projects in Bucharest.
The @Expo business center is built according to the latest energy efficiency standards, achieving both the BREEAM "Outstanding" certification and an A-rated energy performance certificate.
The project has implemented radiant ceilings and slurry walls enabling a 20% savings in operating costs compared with buildings with standard 4 pipes HVAC system. Additionally, it will be aligned with the EU Taxonomy standards.
