Jide Taiwo & Co (JTC), the Nigerian property services agent that expanded to the UK earlier this year, has struck an exclusive partnership with Manchester’s Alliance Investors to offer clients off-plan investments.
JTC is to offer individual and corporate clients from Nigeria the chance to buy into developments such as Uptown, a luxury development of 156 one- and two-bedroom apartments across three buildings situated on the bank of Manchester’s River Irwell, and Vision, Manchester’s most prestigious luxury development, comprising 37 storeys of prime residential apartments in the heart of the city centre.
