Nieuwe Steen Investments (NSI) has sold four Dutch properties for a total of EUR 15.3 mln. The sales bring the volume of the Dutch firm's divestment programme of small, management-intensive properties, which was launched in September 2008, to EUR 103 mln. The proceeds are being used to reduce debt and to finance future acquisitions.
