Nordic private equity group Niam is purchasing all the shares in Hinna Park Invest, the holding company for two office properties in Stavanger, Norway.

Nordic private equity group Niam is purchasing all the shares in Hinna Park Invest, the holding company for two office properties in Stavanger, Norway.

The properties at Jåttåvågveien 10-12 date from 2012 and offer a total area of 66,000 m2 let to Aker Solutions and ASA Akastor.

The transaction is based on a property value of NOK 1.5 bn (€178 mln). The seller of the shares is an undisclosed syndicate.

Niam previously invested in Stavanger in 2012, when it bought Stadionparken, one of the region's biggest shopping centres with 65 tenants and an annual turnover of NOK 1 bn (EUR 130 mln).

Stadionparken is located near Hinna Park in Stavanger and has more than 30 tenants.
