Nordic private equity real estate firm Niam has sold an office property in Gothenburg, Sweden. The financial details were not disclosed.
Nordic private equity real estate firm Niam has sold an office property in Gothenburg, Sweden. The financial details were not disclosed.
The buyer Elof Hansson Fastighets, a Swedish property company, will access the properties on 15 November 2012.
The property, Masthugget 30:6, comprises 16,000 m2 of leaseable area. The main tenant is Arbetsförmedlingen (job centre), which recently signed a new five-year lease agreement for 5,400 m2.
Based in Stockholm, Niam has invested over EUR 5 bn through its own funds or on behalf of its financial partners since 1998 and has generated a realised gross leveraged IRR of 31%.
