Niam has hired Hans Lisserkers as head of development projects for the Nordic private equity firm's real estate funds. Prior to joining Niam, Lisserkers spent 13 years with Skanska, a listed Swedish constructions company, where he was most recently worked as the business development director responsible for finding and creating new real estate projects within the Commercial Development division at Skanska Corporation in Stockholm.
