Nordic real estate manager Niam has secured a future last-mile logistics facility in Arlandastad near Stockholm.
Currently under development, the building will offer 15,000 m2 of leasable area for storage and logistics.
Designed to be adaptable and compliant with the highest ESG standards, the project aims to achieve BREEAM SE Excellent certification upon completion.
The property, designated Sigtuna Norslunda 1:25, will offer direct access to the E4 highway, Arlanda Airport, Rosersberg, and the Mälardalen region.
The finalization of the acquisition between Niam and OOF Group is set for the project's completion in the spring of 2025.
