The vendor is the Danish bank liquidation group Finansiel Stabilitet.

The portfolio provides around 58,000 m2 of space in the cities of Copenhagen, Slagelse and Roskilde.

'We are very pleased with this deal as the properties generate strong cash flow and have great potential. With these investments, we are well positioned to benefit from an improving economic outlook and development in Denmark and Copenhagen in the years ahead,' commented Niam's CEO Johan Bergman.
