Nordic private equity group Niam has sold Electrolux's head office in Stockholm to the home appliances manufacturer for SEK 1.1 bn (€133 mln).
The property at Sankt Göransgatan in Stockholm comprises 36,000 m2 of leasable area.
Johan Bergman, CEO at Niam, said: 'Niam has decided to sell this property after owning it for over six years where we have worked in evaluating different development options and opened the possibility to pursue these opportunities further.'
