Northern European property adviser Newsec advised Niam in the transaction.
In a reaction, CEO Johan Bergman said the Swedish private equity company was 'very satisfied', with the investment, pointing to its excellent locations and steady existing income. 'Niam is confident that the Helsinki office market is a very attractive investment area that will continue to improve going forward.'
The financing will be provided by German bank Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen) who is acting as arranger in the transaction.
