Swedish private equity firm Niam has acquired a 7300 m2 office property, situated in Greater Copenhagen, with Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company as the exclusive tenant.
The seller is Danish pension fund Industriens Pension and the acquisition price is DKK 130 mln (€17.4 mln).
Victor Wettergren, fund danager, Niam, said: 'In line with Niam's portfolio strategy, this acquisition provides increased exposure to the Danish market and a strong add-on to our existing portfolio of high-quality office with leading tenants across the Nordics.
'We look forward to partnering with tenant Novo Nordisk and exploring future requirements together. The property has a high ESG profile and, going forward, our focus is on obtaining sustainability certification for the property.'
Situated in Greater Copenhagen at Knud Højgaards Vej 1, the property possesses good connectivity to both highways and public transportation, according to the firm.
