Niam buys Boultbee mall in Sweden for EUR 21m

Swedish private equity group Niam said that it has acquired the Lennart 17 retail property in Västerås, Central Sweden, from a Boultbee bankruptcy estate represented by consultancy group Ackordcentralen.
