Private equity firm Niam has teamed up with Crown Asset Management to purchase 16 properties from the listed real estate company Dagon. The properties were acquired through the joint company Niam Center Syd Fastighets. Dagon is divesting the portfolio comprising 16 assets across several villages in Sweden in order to strengthen its position in its target markets. The assets are worth a total of EUR 38 mln.

Dagon is divesting the portfolio comprising 16 assets across several villages in Sweden in order to strengthen its position in its target markets. The assets are worth a total of EUR 38 mln.
The assets comprise a total lettable area of about 66 000 m2, of which a third is industrial, a third is retail and a third is office area. The closing is expected to take place on November 1. Johan Bergman, managing director of Niam said: 'This acquisition is part of our strategy to continue building our portfolio of industrial and logistic properties. We see lots of potential in these assets.'
