Niam, a Northern European private equity fund manager, has purchased Copenhagen Business Park in Denmark, an office complex with a lettable area of 67,000 m2, from Valad.
The property, located south of Copenhagen near the E20 highway, by the Copenhagen Airport and the bridge to Sweden, currently has around 50 tenants.
'We are very satisfied to have been able to acquire one of the largest and most significant office properties in Denmark. We are looking forward to realizing the potential that we see in the property supported by the proximity to the airport and the city centre,' commented Kristian Krogh, responsible for investments in Denmark at Niam.
The transaction was completed on 20 December 2016.
Niam is headquartered in Stockholm and has €2.8 bn of real estate assets under management.
