Niam has acquired two multi-let office properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area from Ektornet. Financial details were not disclosed.
The two properties were constructed by NCC in 2006 and 2007 and have a total lettable area of 14,300 m2.
Commenting on the deal, Niam's CEO Johan Bergman said: 'We are confident that the Helsinki office market is a very attractive investment area that will continue to improve and grow.'
Stockholm-based Niam is a leading private equity real estate firm focused on the Nordic and Baltic property markets.
