Northern European private equity firm Niam has acquired a retail park in southeastern Sweden from TIAA Henderson Real Estate (TH Real Estate) for €30 mln.
TH Real Estate carried out the sale of the Ingelsta Markn in the city of Norrkoping on behalf of its German joint venture, Warburg-Henderson.
The asset was held in the Warburg-Henderson Pan-Europa Fonds Nr 1 and was sold as part of the fund’s scheduled divestment.
Ingelsta Markn comprises 20,000 m2 gross lettable area spread over two plots. Tenants include the Swedish furniture and home interior accessories chain MIO, the electronics store MediaMarkt, the sporting goods store XXL Sports and toy chain Toys 'R' Us.
Norrkoping is located 180 km south of Stockholm.
