Swedish private equity firm Niam has acquired a modern retail park in an established submarket of Malmö, Sweden, from Aberdeen Standard Investments.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Stora Bernstorp consists of four properties and has a total lettable area of 48,500 m2 with 16 tenants, the largest being Bauhaus, City Gross, Elgiganten, Leos Lekland and Jula. Two new restaurants, McDonald’s and KFC, are currently under construction.
