Niam, the real estate private equity firm in Northern Europe, has acquired a fully let office property in the Danish capital Copenhagen for DKK 209 mln (€28 mln).
The 16,000 m2 property is located in Borgervænget, in the northern part of Copenhagen, close to the train station and easy access to the city centre as well as the main highway.
'The area has an excellent infrastructure and we expect it to undergo a further positive development over the coming years,' said Niam CEO Johan Bergman.
The transaction completed on 1 October 2016.
Established in 1998, Niam has €3 bn of real estate assets under management. The company is headquartered in Stockholm and has offices in Oslo, Helsinki and Copenhagen.
