Niam has signed an unconditional agreement to acquire a newly built office property in Helsinki from Skanska Commercial Development Nordic for €36 mln.
The property, named Aviabulevardi I, is located next to the new Aviapolis train station in Vantaa.
Skanska's share of the deal excludes the land and is worth €31 mln. The deal is expected to complete at the end of April.

'The combination of modern premises, close proximity to the airport and the recently opened train station provides an attractive offer to tenants. We believe that the Helsinki office market is a very attractive investment market that will continue to improve.'
The asset's total lettable area is 9,000 m2 and the property is fully let to a range of tenants.
