French asset management firm Corum has acquired the NH Hotel in Utrecht, the Netherlands, from private equity real estate firm HighBrook Investors.
Although the deal volume was not disclosed by the investors, the Dutch land registry reports a purchase price of €45 mln.
The asset, which is located at Jaarbeursplein 24 was acquired by Corum XL, part of Corum Asset Management.
The four-star hotel includes 276 rooms and various meeting facilities and is leased long-term to NH Hotels.
The hotel is strategically located right next to Utrecht Central Station, the public transport hub of the Netherlands, in an area that is undergoing further regeneration.
The seller was commercially advised on the transaction by Eastdil and its asset manager Everglow Real Estate.
