Central Park

The £35 mln (€40 mln) Central Park project on Brassey Street is scheduled for completion in 2025. It will offer a diverse range of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, catering to a variety of lifestyles.

The development will boast a hotel-style reception with 24-hour concierge services, a private rooftop terrace with views of Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral, secure cycle storage, underground car parking, and a well-equipped gym.

An adjoining public piazza, inspired by the iconic Royal Albert Dock, will provide a welcoming space for residents and visitors alike.

As part of Nexus Residential’s commitment to creating eco-friendly developments, Central Park will incorporate numerous sustainable features, including solar panels, electric vehicle chargers, heat recovery systems, LED lighting, and air source heat pumps. Additionally, Nexus has pledged to plant 100 trees for every apartment purchased.

The director of Nexus Residential, Michael Gledhill, said: 'Central Park is bringing luxury, first-rate living to the Baltic Triangle with world-class, eco-friendly facilities. "Nexus Residential is proud to create a centralised residential island within the Baltic Triangle, which is quickly becoming one of the most desirable places to live in the UK. "The residential island, including the £1 mln piazza, offers professional surroundings with refined amenities covering work, leisure, and everything in between.’

Fellow developer Legacie has been appointed by Nexus as the main construction company to bring Central Park to life.

Central Park's location in the Baltic Triangle is a major draw, as the trendy area has become a hub for creative businesses and residents in recent years. With convenient transportation options right at their doorstep and over 500 businesses within walking distance, residents will benefit both from connectivity and convenience.
