Northern Europe-focused real estate services firm Newsec has hired Thomas Kempf as its new head of Danish Property Asset Management, Newsec Datea, as of 1 October.
Kempf, who was most recently COO at Coor Denmark, will become part of Newsec Property Asset Management’s Nordic management team and report to Björn Lindeborg.

Kempf is a Danish citizen with more than 20 years’ experience from ISS, both in the UK and in Denmark, and was senior vice president at Saxo Bank.
