Newsec Property Asset Management has announced the hire of Kim Andersen as new managing director of its Danish division.
Andersen joins the company from a position as vice president at the insurance company, If Skadeforsikring, where he spent the last seven years.
From September, he will lead the 575 Newsec employees based in Denmark and join the Nordic management team of Newsec.
The 38-year-old executive will replace Thomas Kempf who moved to Forenede Service on 1 May 2021.
