His own business Vane-Tempest Private Office will be incorporated into Newcore.
Newcore is a real estate investment manager, while Vane-Tempest Private Office structures and co-invests in syndicated residential and healthcare property deals.
Vane Tempest has more than 10 years’ experience in the UK property sector and has worked at boutique firm Egan Property Asset Management. His business Vane-Tempest Private Office was originally established in 1975.
At Newcore he will work closely with MD Hugo Llewelyn, who said, ‘Chris and I have known each other for 10 years. He is a first-class business developer with a loyal following of high net worth investors.’
