Newcore Capital Management, a social infrastructure investment manager, has hired Tom Boize from CBRE Capital Advisors as an associate director.
He will focus on corporate finance, including fundraising, investor relations and debt relationships. Before joining Newcore, he worked in the corporate finance team at CBRE Capital Advisors, the investment banking arm of CBRE, where he focused on debt and structured finance, equity placement and M&A mandates across Europe.
The appointment follows those last year of Piers Windsor from Knight Frank Investment Management as associate director, investment management, and Ravi Patel from Haines Watts as finance manager.
