Greykite Investment Adviser, the newly launched private capital investment advisory firm which recently completed a cornerstone investment from Capital Constellation and Leucadia Asset Management, has appointed three former Goldman Sachs professionals, Mike Bradford, Shelby Weiss and Nam Do.
With over 30 years of collective experience at Goldman Sachs, Bradford, Weiss and Do will join founder & CEO Michael Abel and senior partner Dan Valenzano, two former TPG executives, providing valuable additional operational and investment expertise.
Bradford has joined Greykite as chief financial officer and will be responsible for overseeing Greykite’s corporate and fund finance functions. Bradford also serves as a member of the firm’s operational and valuation committees.
Prior to joining Greykite, he spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently in its European Private Alternatives asset management business, and previously in the Merchant Banking Division and Special Situations Group.
Weiss has joined Greykite as a principal and will be responsible for originating and executing new investments and managing portfolio companies. her career has involved her spending over nine years working for Goldman Sachs, out of both their London and New York offices. She was most recently part of the European real estate investing team based in London, covering UK & Ireland equity investments and pan-European credit investing. Prior to this she spent two years at Pimco, covering real estate equity and credit strategies in the US.
Do has joined Greykite as a vice president and will be responsible for executing new investments and managing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Greykite, he worked at Goldman Sachs for seven years, where he was part of the European real estate principal investing team covering Nordic, UK & Ireland equity and pan-European credit strategies.
Greykite has a flexible mandate and will specialise in real estate investments across a series of asset classes with durable fundamentals in select European markets. The business will focus on high-conviction and operationally intensive sectors mainly in Western Europe, including opportunities emerging from special situations and market dislocation.
