New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) has acquired the City Park shopping centre in the Romanian city of Constanta in a share deal valued at €81 mln.
City Park comprises almost 30,000 m2 of gross leasable area. The transaction was funded partly from the proceeds of the €50 mln accelerated book build announced on 28 November 2013. Although the transaction was completed on 17 December 2013, the effective date is 31 October 2013.
