Neinver, the Spanish retail property group and outlet centre operator, has won two awards for its Zweibrücken and Vicolungo outlet centres. The awards were presented during the 5th European Conference of the European Factory Outlet Centres Observatory (MAGDUS), held in France.

The awards are held every two years for seven categories: Best Centre, Best Project, Best Brand Dynamism, Best Architecture, Best Promotion Activity, Manager of the Year, and Investor of the Year.

This year the centre managed by Neinver in Germany, Zweibrücken The Style Outlets, received the award for Best Outlet Centre. Open since 2001, it is Germany’s largest outlet centre with 30,300 m2 of GLA and 125 units.

Vicolungo The Style Outlets, winner in the Best Architecture category, opened in 2004 and is one of the two outlet centres that Neinver manages in Italy, along with Castel Guelfo The Style Outlets, near Milan. The Vicolungo centre consists of 34,132 m2 of GLA and 150 units.

Besides the awards, Neinver was a finalist in a further four competition categories: Best Project for Roppenheim The Style Outlets, the company’s first outlet centre in France, which will open on 25 April; and in the categories of Best Promotion Activity, Manager of the Year, and Investor of the Year (through the IRUS Fund).

Neinver is Europe’s second-largest operator of outlet centres with 13 centres, operating as Factory and The Style Outlets. The company manages a total of 265,000 m2 of GLA in six European markets: Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, Italy and France.
