Spanish retail outlet specialist Neinver has commenced development on its Bia³o³êka site in Eastern Warsaw planned to accomodate the company's second retail outlet centre in the city.

Factory Annopol will provide 120 stores and 800 parking places on completion in the first quarter of 2013. The scheme, offering nearly 20,000 m2 of space, will be the largest outlet in the Mazowsze region and the first to boast a BREEAM certificate. It represents an investment of EUR 35 mln and is already 50% pre-leased.

'Ten years after opening Factory in Ursus, we are coming back to the capital with an even larger investment,' said Barbara Topolska, managing director at Neinver Poland.

Neinver opened Poland's first outlet centre a decade ago, and currently has four operating centres in the country, with roughly 65,000 m2 of GLA. 'The new complex will expand the portfolio of Factory centres which are already present in Warsaw, Wroc³aw, Poznañ and Kraków,' added Topolska.

In late 2011, Neinver also opened the 22,000-m2 Factory Kraków.
