Neinver, a European company focussed on development, asset management and fund management, is showcasing seven new retail centre projects at 10th edition of the MAPIC international retail property fair in Cannes this week. Neinver's 2010-2012 projects comprise 166,800 m2 of new retail space spread across France, Spain, Portugal and Poland.

One of the company's most ambitious projects in Europe consists of rebuilding the Katowice train station, where the aim is to construct a major shopping and
office complex. The Spanish company is also building Factory Warsaw Annopol, the fifth outlet center the company has developed in Poland and the second in Warsaw. With a GLA of 14,000 m2 and 90 stores, it is located in one of the main districts of Warsaw. More than 3 million potential customers will be able to visit the outlet center in
the third quarter of 2012.

In the French market, Neinver is working on two projects, Roppenheim The Style Outlets and Honfleur The Style Outlets, in partnership with developer MAB. The centres, Neinver said, are a starting point of its strategy to compete across France.

In total Neinver currently has five new retail schemes underway in Spain, Poland and Portugal.
