The number of people that visited Factory and The Style Outlets centres in 2009 rose to 11%, or a total of 30 million visits, 3 million more than in 2008.

Neinver manages around 223,000 m2 of gross leasable area (GLA) in Europe, comprising 1,082 shops and 700 of the main international brands.

Neinver CEO Manuel Lagares said: 'The good results registered in 2009 show that the outlet concept continues to consolidate in Europe as one of the shopping systems that consumers like best. The last two years have meant a gradual consolidation of this concept, and Neinver has participated actively in this process in Europe.'
