Teckel Gestora, holding company of the Neinver Group’s logistics division has secured the sale of a logistics platform to IBI Lion Socimi, a unit of the Israeli IBI investment house, for €65 mln.
The property, strategically located in Spain in the Valencian town of Llíria and just 47 km from the Port of Valencia, features one single warehouse with a gross lettable area of 60,000 m2.
Neinver Logistics developed every aspect of this turnkey project in 2019 for Conforama, a company dedicated to the sale of household furniture and which currently occupies the entire platform.
