European retail outlet specialist Neinver has announced plans to develop three new outlet centres in Spain, the Netherlands and Germany.

In Spain the company plans to develop its first project in the autonomous region of Catalonia. The €80 mln project - named Viladecans The Style Outlets - will have a commercial area of 25,000 m2 across 150 units.

In the Netherlands the company is embarking on a joint venture with MAB Development to build a new centre in Halfweg on the outskirts of Amsterdam. Amsterdam The Style Outlets will house a retail area of 18,000 m2 and 100 units in its first phase.

The third project is planned in Werl in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany. Neinver will enter into the project on a joint venture basis, again with MAB Development. Although the project is still at an early stage, the joint venture has recently secured the land for the construction of the outlet centre.

The new centres will increase Neinver’s portfolio of retail outlets to 18 and represent a significant increase to the 311,000 m2 GLA that the Spanish company already manages in six European countries.
