Las Rozas Homes will offer two to three bed homes, each with a garage and a storage room. The building complex has large green areas and private leisure areas.

Las Rozas is one of the most attractive enclaves in the Northwest of Madrid with significant demand for the area, due to its proximity to the city centre, good public transport infrastructure and its numerous facilities and services. Neinor Homes has experience in this location where it has already delivered a large development of 316 homes - ‘Amara Homes’ in the La Marazuela area, which completed at the end of 2021.

The company expects to receive a construction license from the third quarter of 2023 and that the construction period will last for 20 months. The new units are planned to be delivered by the end of 2025.

Ignacio Gómez, central region director at Neinor Homes, commented: ‘Las Rozas offers an unmissable opportunity to acquire a home in a beautiful municipality where there are less and less new homes available and demand continues to rise. The complex is in close proximity to Madrid, offering high quality flats with tasteful design. At Neinor Homes, we’re committed to going above and beyond to satisfy the high levels of demand in the Madrid area, and the Spanish market as a whole.’
