Listed Spanish property developer Neinor Homes has kicked off construction of a €30 mln housing project in the city of Estepona, municipality of Malaga.
The Ática Homes residential complex, consisting of 132 homes distributed in seven blocks, will be delivered at the end of 2024.
Located in the new residential area known as Parque Central, the development will feature 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes with garage, storage room, a common area with two swimming pools, children's play area and solarium in a complex with its own landscaped area.
The project consists of seven blocks distributed over three floors, plus basements, with views of the city, the sea and the mountains.
Alberto Salamanca, territorial director of Neinor Homes' Eastern Andalusia office, said: ‘Neinor has set one of its focuses on the Costa del Sol, as it is an area with a strong and stable demand; its excellent climate and natural environment is an important attraction for many families to spend holiday periods, but also for people who want to take a break from the big cities or even consider moving their usual residence to the Costa del Sol.’
The development has easy access to health centers, institutions, schools and a good connection to the city centre, as well as to transportation services.
This is Neinor Homes’ seventh development in Estepona, where more than 400 homes have already been delivered and 300 are under development, in addition to having land for a further 700 homes.
