Zorrozaurre

Zorrozaurre Homes will consist of 80 two and three-bedroom homes for sale, in two modern and elegant buildings with double orientation and large terraces overlooking the estuary, generating open spaces and allowing natural light to enter.

The homes, designed to the highest standards of quality and sustainability, come with fitted kitchens equipped with appliances, fitted closets in the bedrooms and underfloor heating.

Residents will have a swimming pool with rooftop solarium area, bicycle room and electric car charger, in line with the commitment to sustainable mobility.

The construction period for Zorrozaurre Homes is estimated to last 23 months and the homes are expected to be delivered in Q4 2024.

The residential complex will be located next to the Frank Gehry Bridge that connects with the Deusto neighborhood and the Euskalduna Bridge, enabling access to key areas of the city of Bilbao.

The Master Plan for this project, designed by the prestigious architect Zaha Hadid, transformed the Zorrozaurre peninsula into an island with all kinds of academic, health and business facilities.

This new natural expansion area of Bilbao's Ensanche and Abandoibarra has a panoramic view that blends the buildings of the historic Ribera with those of the new city.

In addition, Zorrozaurre Homes will be well connected by public and private transport, with several bus lines, and at a short distance from the subway and commuter train, in addition to its bike lane network.

Residents will have all kinds of educational, health, cultural and sports services at their disposal in the area.
