Spanish residential developer Neinor Homes will invest €229 mln in residential projects over next three years in the province of Malaga, Spain.
The plan is to launch 446 homes this year, in addition to marketing 816 units, including Botanik Homes (193 homes), in the city of Malaga; Santa Clara Homes (104 homes), in Marbella; and Bayside Homes, in Estepona.
This month it will deliver the Artola Homes II exclusive development in Marbella, and the Atria and Serena Homes III (179 homes) projects in Malaga.
The new developments are aimed at both national and international buyers interested in purchasing a property on the Costa del Sol.
In recent years, thanks partly to increased teleworking, Malaga has become a reference destination, with a wide range of gastronomic, cultural and leisure activities, as well as quality health and educational services.
Alberto Salamanca, Neinor's regional director for Eastern Andalusia, said: ‘Neinor's commitment to the Costa del Sol is strategic, as it is an area with strong and stable demand, both nationally and internationally.’
Over the past five years, Neinor has delivered a total of 1,614 homes in Malaga (1,026 units), Marbella (177), Estepona (291) and Benahavis (120).
Last year, Neinor delivered 2,743 homes (including BTR developments), down from 3,184 units in 2021.
