The 19,800 m2 project is fully let to the oil- and gas service company Technip Norge.
'With a solid tenant like Technip, Lysaker Polaris has proved itself to be a very attractive project for the investor market,' commented Carola Lavén, business area manager of NCC Property Development.
The project is under construction and will be completed in July 2015.
