NCC has sold Plaza Loiste - the third phase of Plaza Business Park in Vantaa, Finland for SEK 209 mln (€24 mln). The buyers are four pension and insurance companies in the OP-Pohjola Group.
NCC has sold Plaza Loiste - the third phase of Plaza Business Park in Vantaa, Finland for SEK 209 mln (€24 mln). The buyers are four pension and insurance companies in the OP-Pohjola Group.
The project comprises 6,800 m2 of leasable office and service space as well as 181 parking spaces. The building was completed in December 2012, and is currently 93% let.
NCC is setting rental guarantees and is responsible for leasing the remaining vacant space for three years.
'We see Finland as an important market where we have the ambition to strengthen our leading position as property developer. We currently have six other projects under development on the market,' said Joachim Hallengren, president of NCC Property Development.
The Plaza Business Park consists of five modern office buildings with a total leasable area of 27,600 m2. The first two phases of Plaza Business Park were completed and sold during 2011. The last two phases are now under development and are due to be completed during 2013.
Finnish Property Partners acted as the vendor’s adviser in the transaction.
