NCC Property Development has divested two office properties in the Helsinki metropolitan area in separate transactions to Finnish group Fennica Toimitilat and another institutional investor from Finland.

NCC Property Development has divested two office properties in the Helsinki metropolitan area in separate transactions to Finnish group Fennica Toimitilat and another institutional investor from Finland.

Both properties are located in the Plaza business park in Aviapolis, in Helsinki's metropolitan area.

NCC has sold Plaza Tuike, representing Phase IV of the park, for SEK 154 mln (€17 mln). The project comprises 5,200 m2 of leasable office space as well as 162 parking spaces. It was completed in May 2013 and is 82%-let.

NCC is responsible for leasing the remaining vacant space for three years.

Separately, NCC has divested Plaza Halo to an unnamed Finnish institutional Investor. The project comprises 5,700 m2 of leasable office and service space as well as 177 parking spots. It was completed in November 2013 and is currently 93%-let.
