Advisory group Nordic Capital & Investment Partners (NCAP) has announced the hire of real estate expert Takashi Norris together with the opening of a new office in Helsinki, Finland.
Norris joins NCAP from his advisory position at Avant Oy. He has more than 17 years of real estate experience and has lived and worked in both New York and Tokyo.
In the latter he established a real estate brokerage and investment business which he ran for 12 years. At NCAP he will focus on developing cross-border real estate investment business between Asia, the US and the Nordics.
NCAP's new Helsinki office adds to the group's existing offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo. The company has been active in Finland in the past, including in an advisory role to Round Hill on the major residential portfolio acquisition, announced last week.
