NBS Alliance, a joint investment platform targeting office properties in German A and B cities, is raising a €100 mln value added and opportunistic fund.
The alliance is between real estate investor, NAS Invest, private bank Bergos, and consulting firm/asset manager, Sollors & Co.
The partrnership said it had launched its first investment product, NBS Total Return Opportunity Fund I as a value-add and opportunistic vehicle targeting €100 mln of equity,
It is aimed at professional and semi-professional investors seeking access to investments in real estate private markets, and is structured as a Luxembourg-based Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF).
In a first capital closing, NBS Alliance has already received equity commitments of around €30 mln.
Horizon Tower in Eschborn near Frankfurt is seeding the fund. The asset was acquired a club deal led by NAS Invest, Bergos and Sollors & Co, in autumn 2022.
